Mike just remodeled our bathroom, including putting in a new window and door. His price was fair and his work was impeccable. He worked with my husband and me as we discussed our plans for the tile and colors etc. He gave us sound, professional advice and valuable ideas. The man who assisted him on this job was also a highly- skilled, diligent worker. Mike’s attention to detail was really impressive. We couldn’t be happier with the end product. We definitely will be calling on Mike for our future projects. He is a pleasant, reliable professional and a very nice person, who genuinely takes pride in his work.

Never Leaves A Mess
We have had Mike Janssen come do work for us many times. He has painted our living room, kitchen, all the ceilings, our foundation, and put a skim coat on our walls. He recently installed a new bathroom door and hooked up a microwave to an outside vent. He has done TONS of spackling and tiled our kitchen too! In the three years we’ve been using Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc. we have found him to be clean, respectful and very professional. We highly recommend him.

I wish I could write a book. I had large big name company redo my kitchen, BIG MISTAKE. They never finished, I thought I would NEVER see my kitchen like I had imagined. I heard about Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc. from a friend. He came and he finished and it looks better than I imagined!! I am so HAPPY!!!! I thought I would hate it forever, but I LOVE IT NOW! After 2 years waiting on this other company, Mike Janssen came and finished in no time and to perfection!!
And, in the meantime he had great suggestions for my home, I followed them all and it is like I live in a new house! From knocking a wall down to crown molding, PERFECTION!…I wish I could post pictures to show the detail and beauty. They are clean, neat, and so trustworthy! When they left I put my couch back and watched TV! I am so happy with them I can not wait to do another project with them.

I love Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc . He does fantastic work and I will continue to use him. He has already installed a window and door for me, and fixed my chimney. Mike was very nice and extremely accommodating. He actually listens when you talk and is willing to explain all aspects of the job to you. I am very pleased with his work. He is precise and will clean up his mess before he leaves. He gets back to you right away and is very professional. Once the weather cools down he is coming back to replace my back door. I would definitely recommend Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc.

Very Happy With Everything
I have been using Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contractors Inc for the past 2 years and he has been fantastic. He painted the interior and exterior of my home, among other things. He put in new window trim, installed high hat lighting and ceiling fans, and put up crown molding around my home. Mike is always punctual and professional and he performs his work very neatly and cleanly. I am very happy with all he has done for me and I would certainly recommend him in the future.

Mike from Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc. has been like our resident contractor for the past few years. He has taken care of multiple types of jobs for us, including finishing our basement, he built our deck, and gutted and remodeled our living room. They were excellent and the workers were fantastic. They were there on time and worked hard until the end of the day, which sometimes went past 7pm! Everything was cleaned up when they left and it all looked great. We are extremely happy with everything Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc has done for us and we will continue to recommend him whenever we get the chance.

Mike has a knack for making things beautiful
We have been using Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc. for all of our home improvement projects over the past few years and we have been very pleased with his work. He has put in a sliding glass door, built stairs from the house to the yard, remodeled our entire kitchen, replaced flooring, moved a set of stairs in the house, and gutted and completely remodeled a spare bedroom. Mike has been an honest and loyal person to work with. My husband works nights and if anyone was home while Mike was here, it was me. Mike made me feel comfortable and he is totally trustworthy. Mike is a straight shooter and he will always give you his honest opinion on the project. He always gave us great advice and we never got the feeling he was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. He was able to put a unique spin on things, and we liked that. All of the houses in our neighborhood look the same and Mike was able to change all of that in a few years. Now our home is unique and beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc is on our side!

Great Work, Easygoing
I have been using Mike Janssen Home Improvement Contracting Inc. for the past four years and they have completed multiple jobs for me in that time. Mike has remodeled a kitchen and a bathroom for us and he also gutted and remodeled the first floor of my home. He was great!
Some other contractors say it’s their way or the highway, but Mike was willing to work with me and kept me informed and up to date on everything. He showed up every day, on time, and worked hard during that time. No idling around. Mike Janssen is really a perfectionist and I highly recommend him.
